Dr. Dorina Shine – Professional Biography
Dr. Dorina Shine holds a doctorate in the field of Educational Leadership and has extensive experience in ethics within leadership. Solving real-world problems geared toward practical application. As agent to Scales To Success, LLC, she emphasizes the need for research and critical thinking as a social media content creator. Her mission is to assist others through life’s challenges by sharing her own personal experiences. Including incarceration and overcoming adversity. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in criminal justice from Youngstown State University, with an emphasis in philosophy and ethical leadership.
Her associate degree in Business Administration came from Georgia State University. Dr. Dorina Shine also studied International Educational Leadership at North Central University and holds Doctoral Accreditation through Tabula Rasa, INC Accreditation Service. She is the author of Dr. Dorina Shine's Book of Inspirational Quotes & Wisdom and serves as Administrator on the Board of Directors of Tabula Rasa, INC.
From 2016 to 2018, Dr. Dorina Shine paid her debt back to society at the Marysville Correctional Institution where she received her Second-Chance at life. She used her own experience as a case study while helping others as a tutor in the institutions first business degree program within Ashland University. Helping incarcerated individuals in Business Education, appeal paperwork, and exoneration applications. Giving many the opportunity for a Second-Chance through entrepreneurship and personal growth.

Ja’Vierre’s mission is to strengthen and expand the organization’s digital presence while promoting productivity, innovation, and community engagement.
His passion is based on various trades such as landscaping and audio engineering.
Having grown up in Ohio, his life took many different turns. But the right people were always there to point him in the right direction.
Especially his grandmother who started him out on his aspiring career choices.
With his experiences and impactful online and community-centered platforms, he wishes to help grow the non-profit and watch it bloom successfully.
